Enter the Gungeon still had times when you'd get a good gun and basically stick with it all run, it wasn't a problem then, the real reason you can't switch guns is because this is just a different game and they clearly want it to be more arcadey.Īnd you may have negative impressions when you think "mobile port" but that's literally what it is so that's on you. Stuff like "where would you find ammo/guns" like make more pitstops per level or have them as drops like health (which are far too random as it is) just use a bit of imagination, none of this stuff was designed the ultimate correct way like you're defending it. Originally posted by wolfqack:I agree with your criticisms of reviews that are downright false but you're making excuses in your real points. They've got some really great things planned for future updates. I hope people will revisit and give it a true chance. It's got the charm and fun interactions that were in the first game. From what I can tell, people are looking at the surface, not interacting with the NPCs or trying to unlock anything and calling it shallow. There is depth to this game that people will never see because they get frustrated with changing guns making it more difficult. Just because it's smaller doesn't mean it's shallow. However, just because it's different doesn't make it a bad game.

I would be disappointed if I was expecting an Enter clone the size of a full game and I got something different the size of a spin-off. I do understand where these people are coming from, though. Plus, it forced my to focus on my gameplay skill instead of relying on OP guns. I get to use every gun in a single run? AND see the cool, fun effects my items have on each weapon? Sign me up. To be fair, I loved blessed runs in Enter to begin with. It was just different enough to feel fresh and exciting, but still staying true to Enter. I was a tester for the game (which is why I don't want to review/defend, don't wanna get pooped on and called a plant) and really loved their idea of forever blessed runs. Steam's community never fails to make me sick lol

It's just an easy way to NEG on the game " it's MOBILE PORT " sure feels right on pc, looks right, runs right.

Well, sure technically correct.but an iPhone " mobile game " looks liek a very good pc pixel art game, have you SEEN the Shantae game on it? It'c PC level quality lol. You put out a crappy hentai game for 50 cents with no work, and they love it, recycled t the end of time, always the same cheap " game "Īnd then we have a miracle of a game that never wouldve been on steam actually getting a release, but since everyone had their heads up their butts for the last year, they forgot this game was an Apple Arcade exclusive, which one eviewer took advantage to cal it " a mobile game " What is wrong with the kids on this market/ Saw a kid complaining lack of reloading, and this is apparently enough to refund the game.only they have 3.5 hours in it, gave it a bad review, and " hope their refund goes through " Nobody thinks of this, they just go ' It's not identical to enter the gungeon, so it's a bad spite my ignorance in not reading a thing about it, or on the store page where they tell you everything you need know" So.you're akways moving up ( most of the time, some pit stops are stationary ) but here's the issue, where would you even find guns in this setup? How would you get more ammo?Īnd what would stop you from getting a great gun, and then never changing it since there's no ammo/? Or people complaining there's no reloading your guns? Or the blessed gun approach Just a few things I'm reading, and of course none of these people have comments enabled, otherwise there'd be people telling them just how wrong they are. Some snippets from reviews that make me think otherwise
